All you need to know about the 2017 Day Night Thriller…
Friday 22nd September
4pm – 8.30pm: Registraion/Race Bag Collection
4pm – 9pm: Park open for teams to set up campsites. You must register first.
Saturday 23rd September
7.30am – 12.30pm: Registration/Race Bag Collection
7am – 9am: Park open for teams to set up camp sites. You must register first. All 12 and 6 hour teams/solos must be parked by 9am.
9.30am: Event Briefing for 12 and 6 hour event
10am: Start of 12 and 6 hour event for solo riders and teams.
12.30pm: Event Briefing for 3 hour event
1pm: Start of 3 hour event for solo riders
4pm: Finish of 6 and 3 hour event
4.30pm: Prize-giving for 6 and 3 hour event
10pm: Finish of 12 hour event
10.30pm: Prize-giving for 12 hour event
What you need to bring
Tent or caravan for your 10m by 5m team site
B.B.Q and your team food (optional)
Lights – both front and rear (min four hours power per team – 12 hour teams only)
Bike helmet, gloves and a reliable bike
Credit card or cash for event day specials, food and/or bike repairs
Fire extinguisher if you have a gas BBQ or heater
Other important information
1. The average maximum air temperature is 15 degrees and there is a possibility of a frost if a clear night.
2. Sunset is 6pm
3. Hot food and coffee will be available to purchase.
4. No battery charging facilities are available
