2016 Event Schedule

 

Friday 1st April
4pm – 9pm: Registration at Ride Central, 1131 Amohau Street, Rotorua
4pm – 9pm: All 24 hour team vehicles to be parked on site by 9pm.
9.30pm: Event briefing for 24 hour event
10pm: Start of the 24 hour event

Saturday 2nd April
8am – 9am: Registration at Ride Central, 1131 Amohau Street, Rotorua
7.15am – 9am: All 12 & 6 hour team vehicles to be parked on site by 9am
9.30am: Event briefing for 12 & 6 hour events
10am: Start of the 12 & 6 hour events
4pm: Finish of the 6 hour event
4.30pm: Prize-giving for the 6 hour event
10pm: Finish of the 24 & 12 hour events
10.30pm: Prize-giving for the 24 & 12 hour events

What you need to bring…

Tent or van for your team site (10m x 5m)
BBQ and team food. (Hot food & coffee will be available for purchase at the venue)
Lights – both front & rear (minimum of 6 hours per team) Charging facilities are available for 24 hour teams only.
Bike, helmet, gloves, glasses etc…
Credit card or cash for event specials, food and bike repairs
Drink bottles
Reflective clothing
