Friday 13th April
4pm – 9pm: Registration at Ride Central, 1131 Amohau Street, Rotorua
4pm – 9pm: All 12 hour team vehicles to be parked on site by 9pm.
9.30pm: Event briefing for the 24 hour event.
10pm: Start of the 24 hour event. (Please note that if we do not have more than 20 teams entered into the 24 hour event by the 14th march we will have to cancel the 24 hour event).
Saturday 14th April
8am – 9am: Registration at Ride Central, 1131 Amohau Street, Rotorua
7.15am – 9am: All 12 & 6 hour team vehicles to be parked on site by 9am
9.30am: Event briefing for 12 & 6 hour events
10am: Start of the 12 & 6 hour events
4pm: Finish of the 6 hour event
4.30pm: Prize-giving for the 6 hour event
10pm: Finish of the 24 and 12 hour events
10.30pm: Prize-giving for the 24 and 12 hour events
What you need to bring…
Tent or van for your team site (10m x 5m)
BBQ and team food. (Hot food & coffee will be available for purchase at the venue)
Lights – both front & rear (minimum of 6 hours per team) Charging facilities are available.
Bike, helmet, gloves, glasses etc…
Credit card or cash for event specials, food and bike repairs
