Entry Information

2018 Online Entries will open 1st November 2017.

2018 Early Bird Entry Fees

Trek 24 hour event (Please note that if we do not have more than 20 teams entered into the 24 hour event by the 10th February we will have to cancel the 24 hour event).
Team of 2 – 5: $395.00
Solo rider: $125.00

Jaybird 12 hour event
Team of 2 – 5: $295.00
Junior Team of 2 Р5: $225.00
Solo rider: $95.00

Pig & Whistle 6 hour event
Team of 2 – 5: $195.00
Junior Team of 2 – 5: $125.00
Solo: $85.00

Late entry fee from the 27th of February
An extra $50 per team or $10 per solo

On the day entries

These will be available from registration at Nzo Ride Central on Friday evening between 4 – 9pm and Saturday morning between 8 – 9am.

Pay with cheque made out to Event Promotions or by direct deposit into the Event Promotions bank account (details on entry form) You must attach proof of payment with entry form and use your name as reference

Entry Confirmation

Each team/solo rider will receive a confirmation email once their entry has been processed. This will include your team name, grade and bib number – please print this off and bring it along to registration. Please check your details and if incorrect email jenna@eventpromotions.co.nz.

Refund Policy

Refunds will not be accepted within 7 days of the event. All refunds prior to this date will incur a $50 administration fee for teams and $20 administration fee for individuals

In case of natural disaster or cancellation of the event due to the safety reasons, entry fees will not be refunded
