Standard Fees – Until 4th September
Half Marathon (Included Finishers Medal): $50
Quarter Marathon (Included Finishers Medal): $35
Late Fees – From 5th September
Half Marathon (Included Finishers Medal): $60
Quarter Marathon (Included Finishers Medal): $45
On the day entries
Late entries will be accepted up until 7pm from event registration. Do not send postal entries the week of the event as they will not be received in time for processing.
Enter online – Credit card only. Online entries close 9am on the Friday before the event
Postal entries – Cheque or direct deposit only. Please post to Rotorua Night Run, PO Box 324, Rotorua. Cheques made payable to Event Promotions. Direct deposit can be made into the Event Promotions account 12-3162-0075818-61 using your name as reference. If paying by direct deposit please include proof of payment with entry.
Refunds will incur a $10.00 administration fee. There will be no refunds within 7 days of the event. In the case of a natural disaster, closure of the forest due to high winds or other uncontrollable factors, “Act of God” conditions causing the cancellation of the event, entry fees will not be refunded. Transfers to another person can be made up until entries close. Please contact 07 3483301 or email@example.com Once entries are closed, any changes will need to be made at registration on the day. No transfers to other events or future years are permitted.
