| 7.30 - 9.30am: Registration/Race Bag Collection/Late entries at the Mount Surf Club |

| 10.00am: Start of the Bay of Plenty Times 5km Surf to Surf from the main beach outside the Mount Surf Club |

| 12.30pm: Prize-giving outside the Mount Surf Club. |

| Registration/Race Bag Collection |
| Registration for 5km competitors is on Sunday morning only from 7.30am until 9.30am at the Mount Surf Club on Adams Ave, Mount Maunganui. This is where you collect your goodie bag, race number and timing transponder. |

| All competitors will receive a loaf of Burgen bread, Jack Links bar, Nature Valley bar, Tasti bar, Pop n Good Popcorn, Abes Bagel Crisps, Sports Beans, water stations on the course and at the finish, timing transponder, online certificate, professional management of the event, first aid support plus numerous spot prizes to be drawn at prize giving. |

| Walking Division |
| We value our walkers and wish to ensure that the experience is a positive one for all entered. To ensure this we rely on entrants’ integrity that walkers WALK the complete event. Please participate in the spirit of the event and abide by walking criteria. Any walking competitor seen running will be automatically classified in the running results and no correspondence will be entered into. If competitors are unsure whether they may run & walk different sections of the course, it is requested that you enter the “Run” division. |

| Timing/Certificates/ Photos |
| All competitors will receive a timing transponder at registration to accurately time the event. An online certificate will be available after the event and can be downloaded from www.eventpromotions.co.nz. Marathon Photos will be snapping away and photos will be available for purchase post event, these can be viewed at www.marathon-photos.com |

| Aid Station |
| Toilet and changing facilities will be available at the start/finish area. Water stations will be available at the start of the Mount base track and the finish line. |
