| 4pm - 8.30pm: All 24 hour team vehicles to be parked on site by 8.30pm |
| 8.30pm: Event briefing for 24 hour event |
| 9pm: Start of the 24 hour event |
| Saturday 18th May |

| 7am - 8.30am: All 12 & 6 hour team vehicles to be parked on site by 8.30am |
| 8.30am: Event briefing for 12 & 6 hour events |
| 9am: Start of the 12 & 6 hour events |
| 3pm: Finish of the 6 hour event |
| 3.30pm: Prize-giving for the 6 hour event |
| 9pm: Finish of the 24 & 12 hour events |
| 9.30pm: Prize-giving for the 24 & 12 hour events |

Tent or van for your team site (10m x 5m) Lights - both front & rear (minimum of 6 hours per team) Charging facilities are available for 24 hour teams only. |
