		Murray Fleming - General Manager murray@eventpromotions.co.nz 0274877967 Murray set up Event Promotions in 1989 when Event Management was in its infancy. Running and sport has been his passion in life with his highlight representing New Zealand twice in the Marathon, in Macau and Burmingham with a personal best time of 2hours 18minutes. He has also run under 65 minutes for a half marathon and sub 29.30minutes for 10k. As a recreation cyclist, Murray brings years of experience to the company with an understanding of what is expected from both his recreational and competitive participants. Murray’s goal at any event operated by Event Promotions is “ that competitors have a great experience and not just another event”. That is why he has such a strong passion for managing the stable of events that Event Promotions host annually.

		Charlotte Pearson - Marketing and Registration Manager charlotte@eventpromotions.co.nz This is Charlotte’s fourth year with Event Promotions and many of you will know her as the go- to girl for race day questions. After graduating from Massey University with a Bachelor of Business, Charlotte gained experience in the event world working for N-Duro and Activities Unlimited before joining Murray’s team in 2010. In her “spare” time Charlotte is a member of the Rotorua Association of Triathletes and Multisporters where she has made a name for herself as the organizer on the iconic Blue Lake Multisport Festival. Charlotte has had a long sporting history with secondary schools cross country and multisport titles to her name. Since finishing university she has taken up triathlon and mountain biking.

		Aimee studied a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Majoring in Exercise Prescription and Therapy at Massey University. After completing her degree Aimee headed to America as a Sports Counselor for the summer holidays. Shortly after returning home from America, Aimee began her OE. Living and working in London for 19 months as a Nanny, then working at Kicking Horse Mountain Ski Resort in Canada for 6months. Upon returning home Aimee worked part time at Action World in Taupo while looking for permanent work. Aimee competes in Squash and Hockey and is keen to do more mountain biking and snowboarding.

		*Vicky Taylor -Administration and Workshop Manager* vicky@eventpromotions.co.nz Vicky has been with the Event Promotions team for two years. She started as a part time team member, and turned into working full time as Event Promotions has grown. Vicky provides all the behind the scenes work pre event and vital support on event day. Known as the Jill of all trades, Vicky can do anything!

		Emma has joined the Event Promotions team after completing a Bachelor in Sport and Exercise through Massey University. Throughout her time studying, Emma has been involved with various different events, including running, cycling and triathlon, and decided to get into the events area following this. After making the national triathlon team in 2010, she is now a ‘recreational’ sports person. Emma enjoys heading out mountain biking, road cycling, skiing and snowboarding, and taking part in triathlons in any spare time.
